Disciplinary Rules

• Students are required to be present in school for the full academic year. A child who misses class for 15 days continuously without prior permission from the Principal will have his/her name struck off the rolls.

• Students must enter and leave the school on scheduled time.

• No students will be allowed to enter the school without proper uniform and neat hair cut.

• Students are not allowed to go out of the school during class hours. Any student found violating school rules and regulations and behaving indecently inside our outside the school will be strictly punished.

• Students under the criminal warrants and illegal manners will be expelled from the school

• Students are not allowed to wear jewellery, cosmetics, keep nails and bleach their hair.

• Students are not allowed to bring articles of high value and other off-studency equipment.

• Any damage caused to the property of the school will be compensated by the student concerned.

• Students are expected to look after their belongings and be responsible for them.

• In case of absence for more than 3 days, the students should produce a letter/ application signed by their parents / guardians stating the reason for absence.

Leave

• No leave is granted on working days except in cases of extremely emergency. The student may be granted leave from the school on special request from the parents / guardians.

• parents may please note that no other holidays are requested for.

Withdrawal Rules

• A notice of withdrawal in writing must be given before the beginning of the next academic session. Mid session withdrawal is discouraged. If it becomes imperative to withdraw a student,  written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the principal at least one month in advance.

• For withdrawal during a month even if it be 2 or 3 days after admission, annual fees, boarding and tuition fees for the month must be paid in full.

• A parent may be asked to withdraw his / her child in case of debit balance in his account or if any other dues of the school are not paid within 15 days on a demand being made b the school.

• The school, at any time reserve the right to make a parent or guardian withdraw his child or ward in the interest of the school without any cause being shown.
